Fans braved the wind, load shedding, Coronavirus, and the dangerous streets of Fish Hoek to reach the library where a fabulous line up of local and internationally acclaimed authors shared inside information about their lives, their books and their writing process. Joanne Hichens and Tim Richman, publisher of Incredible Journey, toast Lidudmalingani Mqomboti and Bongani Kona, both short-listed for the Caine Prize for African Writing, for their short stories in Incredible Journey. Lidudmalingani went on to win the top prize.
